Heating Midlands Quotes is a sole-trader enquiry service. We help people in Coventry and Warwickshire request quotations from suitable local heating professionals. We do not carry out the installation or repair work ourselves.
When you use the quote form, we collect the name, postcode, contact details, service choice, job description and any photo you choose to upload. We use these details to respond to your request and pass it to a suitable engineer. For gas work, we look for Gas Safe registered engineers.
A heating professional who receives your enquiry may contact you directly about the job and their quote. We do not use your quote request as permission to send unrelated marketing.

Who we are
Heating Midlands Quotes is operated by Lisa, a sole-trader referral consultant helping people in Coventry and Warwickshire connect with suitable local heating and plumbing professionals. We are responsible for the personal information you provide to our enquiry service. We do not carry out the heating or plumbing work ourselves.

Information you give us
Our quote form collects your name, postcode, phone number, email address, the service you need, preferred contact method and job description. You may also upload a photo. Please include only information relevant to the work and avoid sensitive personal information or unnecessary photos of people.
How we use your enquiry
We use your details to understand your project, respond to you and pass relevant information to a suitable local heating or plumbing professional so they can contact you about a quotation. For gas work, we connect enquiries with Gas Safe registered engineers.
We rely on your consent to share your enquiry and contact details with suitable professionals. We rely on our legitimate interests in administering the referral service, answering correspondence and keeping appropriate enquiry records. Providing your details is voluntary; without enough information, we may be unable to arrange contact about a quote.
Who receives your information
Your enquiry may be shared with local heating or plumbing professionals who cover your area and offer the work you need. They may pay us a fee for receiving an enquiry. Your request is free to submit, and you do not have to accept a quote. Any work is agreed directly with the professional, who is responsible for their own use of your information.
Our website provider, Snapps, and our email provider, Google Gmail, also process information to deliver and manage the service. Their infrastructure may involve processing outside the UK. Contact us if you need more information about the providers handling your enquiry.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to arrange the referral and handle related follow-up questions. We consider whether the enquiry is still active, whether correspondence or complaints remain unresolved, and whether a record is needed for legal or accounting purposes. Information that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymised. An engineer who receives your details applies their own retention policy.
Your choices and rights
You can withdraw consent to further sharing at any time by emailing our privacy contact. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before you withdrew consent, and cannot undo information already received by an engineer. We can help you identify the recipient so you can contact them directly.
You may request access to your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or a portable copy where the relevant right applies.
You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact our privacy email to exercise this right. We may need to verify your identity before responding to a request.
Marketing and website technology
Submitting an enquiry does not give permission for unrelated marketing. Website technology can collect technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages viewed to operate and protect the site. You can manage cookies through your browser settings and any cookie controls presented on the site; blocking necessary cookies may affect how the site works.
